It was an honour for the team to care for a much-loved gentleman recently and to support his family in creating a truly personal farewell. From celebrating his love of Arsenal with a scarf and red ties worn by the team, to the beautiful football and anchor floral tributes supplied by Sea of Flowers.
Every detail reflected his life. As a proud naval veteran, the placing of the ensign upon the coffin was a heartfelt mark of respect for his service.
Thank you to the family for trusting us to help create a unique and meaningful send-off, and agreeing for us to upload some photos.

We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Chris Rea.

A hugely respected singer-songwriter, Chris’s music touched millions around the world, with a career spanning decades and songs that will continue to be cherished for generations.

At Foxs Funeral Services, we always go the extra mile to ensure every farewell is as personal and meaningful as possible.

Today, Paddy the dog travelled in the limousine alongside his mum to attend his master’s funeral. When he needed a little fresh air, our Funeral Director Sharon took him outside to meet the crematorium staff, and afterwards Paul took Paddy for a peaceful walk around the grounds.

It was a beautiful reminder that love, loyalty and family come in many forms — and we’re honoured to help make moments like these possible.

Thank you to the staff at Cromer Crematorium for organising such a thoughtful Christmas Carol and Memorial Service. The chance to sing, place memorial tags on the Christmas tree, and reflect with the photographic tribute brought comfort to many. Your care and kindness are truly appreciated.
