F1 Savoury Mushrooms on Toast recipe (serves 2)
Ingredients
🍄 1 pack button mushrooms chopped
🍄 1 serving (26g) Herbalife Nutrition F1 Savoury Meal - Mushroom & Herb
🍄 1 small onion chopped
🍄 1 clove garlic finely chopped
🍄 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
🍄 2 tbsp light cream cheese
🍄 Splash of beverage of choice (low fat milk or plant based beverage)
🍄 Fresh parsley chopped about a tsp (plus more for garnish)
🍄 2 medium slices bread of your choice (wholemeal bread or sourdough bread)
Method
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the chopped onions and fry for a few mins until translucent, add the garlic and fry for a min.
Add the mushrooms and fry for about 4 to 5 mins until the water evaporates, add the Herbalife Nutrition F1 Savoury meal – Mushroom & Herb, season with salt and pepper, chopped parsley.
Stir in the cream cheese and a bit of milk and mix to combine.
Top on grilled bread of your choice, garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
