- can be collected from .green.stores (125 New Road, WD3 3EN) if ordered by Friday 19th December.
- can be posted to you or directly to recipient, if ordered by Tuesday 16th December.

E-vouchers:
- can be sent to you, or directly to the recipient (order by Tuesday 23rd December to get it in time for Christmas).

✨️

Gift Boxes:
- for an additional £5, your voucher will be presented in a gorgeous gift box (includes mini bath salts and a lip balm by and a mindfulness card by .tranquillity).
- needs to be ordered by Saturday 13th December please.

I love this time of year! The colour, the light, the promise of new life and new growth all around. A season of transition...

I am not quite sure how we are in May already! With so much stimulation in our lives, it is easy for the weeks and months to pass us by in a bit of a haze! This can leave us feeling overwhelmed; our bodies and minds craving just a little stillness.

One of my favourite things to do, is to walk in nature. It gets my body moving, and makes my mind feel so much clearer. I often feel like I don't have the time/energy, but once I am out, I always feel better.

It takes time to build our 'toolkit', which can shift and change as needed. Mine includes walking in nature, my friends and family, cuddles with my dog, a lovely cup of tea (with a treat 😉), a good book, yoga, and of course Reflexology!

Thank you to all my wonderful clients, who also choose Reflexology, as part of their 'toolkit'. You inspire me every day, and I am grateful for you all.
