He’s through to Slimming World’s Man of the Year, semi-finals, this Sunday, 6 July

To say I’m chuffed and proud of James is an understatement.

May I introduce you to my member James Kennedy.

James has lost a whooping 8stone and 8 pounds and is 2.5 pounds shy of reaching his target weight.

He’s such an inspiration in group and has won many awards.
