Did you know there’s a special day just for parent and carer wellbeing?
Parent’s Mental Health Day was created by stem4 to shine a light on how important parental mental health is for the whole family 🧠✨
👨👩👧👦 When parents and carers are supported, children thrive. Mental health matters every day, but this day reminds us to pause, check in, and be kind to ourselves 💛
📅 When is it?
🗓️ Parent’s Mental Health Day is held every year on 30 January
👉 In 2026, it will be on Friday 30 January
🌼 Ways to acknowledge the day:
☕ Take a moment for yourself (even a cup of tea counts!)
🚶♀️ Go for a mindful walk and breathe
💬 Talk openly with family or friends
📵 Try a mini digital detox
📝 Start an appreciation or gratitude jar
🤝 Reach out for extra support if you need it
