**PLEASE NOTE - if you suffer from the following conditions, please contact directly before attending or carrying out any Mindfulness Practice led by Orenda Scotland:

• Breathing Difficulties (e.g. COPD, Asthma)
• Epilepsy
• Psychosis

This is not to say that those suffering from the above conditions, cannot take part, there may be occasions that your GP’s (doctor) approval is required before participating in Mindfulness classes, depending on the severity and control of the condition. REIKI:

In person, 1 hour session: £30
Distance Healing (Zoom): £30
House Energy Clearing: £50 per hour
