I’ve recently returned from Okinawa — one of the world’s Blue Zones — and I've been reflecting on why people there live longer.

🌿 Purpose is woven into every day.

There are two possible outcomes to bragging about your heavy workload: Assistance or Sympathy.

If you don't directly ask for help, most of the time the best you can hope for is sympathy and even then, often not very genuine sympathy.

Deep breaths, think solutions, seek them, vent to those you trust if needed.
