ESSENTIAL OILS FOR BEGINNERS 🌿
If you’re new to essential oils, it can be hard to know where to start. Here’s a selection of versatile oils that would be great for your collection if you’re just starting out
Lavender - A must! Lavender has a sweet floral aroma. It has many therapeutic benefits and is particularly good for calming the nervous system
Peppermint - A fresh, minty oil. Can help with focus and concentration
Geranium - a floral oil with spicy, herby undertones. For stress and anxiety; helps balance the hormones
Tea-Tree - Has a fresh aroma and antiviral, antibacterial properties which help support the immune system
Roman Chamomile - An oil with a strong, fruity aroma. A great one for promoting calm
Bergamot - A sweet, warm, floral oil, both calming and uplifting
Neroli - A light, floral aroma. Great for stress-related conditions
Frankincense - A woody, earthy aroma. It’s calming and promotes mindfulness
Lemon - A bright, fresh aroma which can lift the spirits and help with fatigue. Great for the immune system
Ginger - A spicy, earthy aroma. It’s warming, comforting and when used in massage is great for the muscles and joints
