I have to admit, the one part of running a small business I do find hard, is social media.
It's so hard to grow a page organically these days, despite having a decent number of followers, organic reach is generally pretty low on most posts.
Every like, comment and share really does make a difference .... x

I can legitimately post this because men are under represented in a yoga class and I truly believe that Guys can massively benefit from yoga!
I run 3 classes and I have 3 men only that attend, you know who you are! 🤩⭐️
So if you fancy a male only environment, the chance to work on your mobility and strength, with breathwork and relaxation for stress, then drop me a message!

I have heard loads and am still counting! So let’s jump straight to one this week!
I Can’t Do Yoga I am not Flexible Enough 😩🙄

That’s why you need to go! 😁Think about it, if you are stiff/achey/in pain, then releasing the tension and stretching muscles will loosen you up! You then can move better! You can then do Life better!

Yoga helps the Mind too! Are you flexible with your thinking and judgements? Life is smoother when you are! 🧠

I thought Teach Yoga! 🙌🧘‍♀️ the benefits are so important in this day and age and also because it helped me so much in terms of my own mental health recovery! What I didn’t realise was I would have to be all over Social Media to spread the word 😩🤣🤣
So I have a tiny ask! 🙏 I would like to get to 500 FB followers! Can you help?
Sharing posts helps but comments are better!
PS My Instagram has only 132 followers 🤣🤣🤣 how do these kids make a living from it! 🤣
