Yesterday, we held our first Time Out Tuesday session!

It was great fun making smoothies and fruit salads, as well as giving 20 minute chair massages! 🥝🍓💆‍♀️

This week, we’re having an Easter special. Our craft table will be filled with tiny Easter Bunnies as we’re making origami rabbits, and bunny masks from paper plates! 🐰

Unwind Rebalance had an amazing day for our local Community at @/meetingplacesdarwen (Instagram). We gave out essential personal hygiene items, plus lovely lavender eye pillows made for us by the londonsewingshop. We were fortunate to have some items remaining which were taken to our local drop off point for the Ukraine 🇺🇦 Donations.

We will be so appreciative if anybody is in a position to donate to our fundraiser in order to be able to continue doing this monthly. Thank you for all your continued support!
