I’ve had one of those slightly odd “back to reality” weeks…
Back from a lovely holiday, and keen to hit the ground running and get back to work mode… but I brought back an unwanted guest - a chest infection, and to add insult to injury, I can't even go out in the sunshine thanks to a course of antibiotics! 🙈 Who knew?
Not quite the fresh, energised restart I had in mind, and my brain has been fuzzy and unclear.
But it’s made me realise something.
Even when you really, REALLY want to get going and you're keen to crack on… it’s very easy to feel a bit held back, a bit sluggish, a bit, well, fuzzy headed, and not quite sure where or how to start. So you do nothing.
I’ve been speaking to therapists recently who feel like this in their business.
They’re keen to move forward… but things feel a bit fuddled, a bit overwhelming, and harder than they need to be.
Often it’s not about doing more.
It’s about stepping back, simplifying things, and getting clear on what actually matters. Cutting through the faff and just doing it.
That’s exactly the kind of thing I help with. I help therapists cut through the faff and gain real clarity.
If you’re feeling like that right now, you’re very welcome to book a free chat with me.
No pressure - just a calm conversation to help you get things clearer and moving again.
