W I N T E R ❄️☃️

Such a lovely way to end the term with our Winter themed class this morning as we welcome December 🩵
We explored our oobleck melted snowman, pine cones frozen in ice, moon sand snow and sparkly playdough along with lots of interesting textures including foil, bubble wrap and cotton wool 🫟

Step into a sparkling world of snow, ice, and winter wonder with our Winter Messy Play Class in Welton. This session invites little explorers to experience the magic of the season through hands-on sensory play ❄️⛄️

Your child can explore a variety of winter sensory stations featuring safe, taste-friendly materials inspired by snowy days and frosty fun. Think fluffy snow dough, glittering ice cubes and frozen treasure hunts. Children can scoop, pour, squish, and splash as they build fine motor skills and confidence through playful discovery.

I loved creating these story inspired trays this week. Our little mess makers enjoyed strolling through the woods with The Gruffalo, exploring all the colours of the rainbow with Elmer, going on a journey with Stickman and tasting some new foods with The Very Hungry Caterpillar 🌈🐭🪾🐛

Messy Mondays are back 🫟

Our Fireworks session was sparkly, bright and full of colour this morning. Our little mess makers enjoyed exploring the shiny metallic foil, colourful gloop, the pasta bonfire and creating firework paintings 💫🎆

Our first Fangtastic Mess event was lots of fun this morning and I’m very excited to do it all again tomorrow!
Don’t forget to bring a towel and spare change of clothes if you are joining us in the morning as it’s definitely a messy one with jelly, crazy foam and gelli baff to explore 🫟🎃🫧
