This weekend sees the start of the Christmas lights switch-on across the district, beginning with Newton Abbot, Teignmouth and followed next weekend with Dawlish:

🎄 Newton Abbot | Saturday 22 November 🎄

Newton Abbot will be full of festive fun with free balloon modelling, face painting, crafts, music and Taiko drummers. Street food and craft stalls will fill Courtenay Street all day.

Christmas parade from the Avenue to the Clock Tower from 5pm. Lights will be switched on at 5.30pm.

Meet and greet with Father Christmas on his sleigh from 5.45pm to 6.30pm. 🎅

🎄 Teignmouth | Saturday 22 November🎄

Teignmouth celebrations run from 10.30am to 6pm in the Triangle and on Bank Street with live music, entertainment, market stalls, delicious food and free rides for all to enjoy, plus you can visit Santa’s grotto for free and receive a gift. 🎅

Lantern parade with the samba band from 5.45pm. Christmas tree lights will be switched on around 6pm.

🎄 Dawlish | Saturday 29 - Sunday 30 November 🎄

Dawlish town centre will host a fantastic weekend of Christmas celebrations with a festive display, live music, Christmas market, family entertainment, carol singing and more.

Magical lantern parade with Father Christmas and special guests followed by the big Christmas lights switch-on. 🎅

THREE WEEKS TO GO! On Saturday 29th November the centre of Dawlish will be lit up with a magnificent festive display and we would love for you to join us throughout our weekend of festivities at the seaside.

On Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th November, Dawlish Town Centre will play host to a wonderful weekend of Christmas celebrations, including -

Here’s a hedgehog house which we have completed for one of our clients.
She has rescued a baby hedgehog which was separated from its mother. Nurturing it back to Health and hopefully happiness in its new home.  🦔❤️🏡
