Update:
I will be taking a couple of weeks off all things reflexology as my father died in the early hours of this morning.

We have been caring for him for 7 weeks after he was diagnosed with cancer in January, and sadly he’s been taken from us already.

I will be back at work when I’ve had a bit of time to recover. 💕

Book progress so far…

When I am writing it’s a bit of an old fashioned process, because I am a bit old! I have to write everything with a pen and paper before I type it, and then I need to print it, read it all, write all over it and then edit again and then eventually send it to my amazing proofreader.

As it’s been absolutely blooming freezing, I thought I would snuggle up in the warm and do some editing, so I printed what I’ve done so far. 54,000 words. 232 pages.

I now need to order more ink, more paper and stop beating myself up for “not doing anything last year.” 😂

If anyone needs me, I’ll be editing somewhere warm and cosy!

An honest review of 2025! These are not my “best bits” these are the truth of what has been happening this year.

Thankfully there have also been thousands of little moments of joy, and I’m very grateful to my family and friends for their love and kindness, and also for making me laugh until my ribs hurt!

Bring on 2026 is all I can say!

The festive season can feel really hard when you are in the depths of despair with fertility issues. I genuinely do not remember a thing about Christmas 2011.

If you are finding things tough right now please prioritise self care. You don’t need to go to ALL the events, you don’t need to have ALL the family over to your house for the entire festive season, it’s ok to put in some boundaries and do some of the things that you want to do this Christmas.

Please rest, slow down, eat well and do some things that bring you joy.

The two week wait is one of the hardest parts of trying to conceive. Writing this book is helping me to heal some of that trauma and disappointment that I experienced over and over again during that part of my life.

If you are currently in the two week wait, I see you. I’m sending love and I hope that your dreams come true.

Eat well, drink plenty water of water, do what you love and get lots of rest. I know that this time of year is particularly tough for lots of you. 💕

Here are a few December dates for any of you who may require some deeply relaxing reflexology over the festive season.

I’m not able to do too many because I am STILL waiting to see a wrist specialist, but I can do these treatments for those who want them.

I’m not offering vouchers this Christmas because I’m not sure what will be happening early next year with wrist appointments, but I will hopefully have some 2026 appointments available in the New Year, when my book will also be finished!!
