The new ‘No Way? Mole’ sauce has started being dropped off at stockists ready for launch tomorrow. We just dropped these at Trelawney Garden Centre and we’ll be up early tomorrow for the 3 minute drive to Tintagel Brewery 😆 You can also buy via our website for nationwide delivery, including Channel Islands!

It’s Valentines this weekend and a traditional gift is chocolate, so what better day to finally launch our ‘No Way?, Mole’ Mexican sauce which contains chocolate! Yes, a savoury sauce/ketchup with chocolate!

Ok. You all know that we like to use you guys as our first port of call for witty new product names, and coming in March is a range of 3 x Curry style Pickles and we need suitable sounding product names for them. If we use your idea, or an idea close to your idea, you’ll win the very first jar of that product;

1/ Chilli Lime Pickle (Hot)
2/ Brinjal Pickle (Aubergine)
3/ Chilli Garlic Pickle (Mild)

Also…thinking about bringing back our curry powders to sit alongside the pickles, but in tins this time (like our rubs). Should we? Thoughts please? (They’ll be 5 different curries; Biryani, Korma, Madras, Tikka Masala, Vindaloo).

Another BIG event all booked up! This will be one of our BIGGEST ever. It's a 2-dayer where we're hoping to make a bit of a splash in possibly the coolest sounding village in Dorset: Puddletown! :)

We're now booked in and confirmed for one of the biggest one day fairs in the U.K this August and whilst this one is in Dorset, there is a strong coincidental link to Delabole via Martin Clunes! We've another big show the same day elsewhere in Dorset, TBA, and so last week we were on the ground recruiting our sales squads for these 2 great events! We told you we're going big in 2026!

During this mid winter we’ve been working really hard on designing new signage for shows and markets, developing new chilli products, AND giving our labels a little spruce. The label style has remained unchanged since we launched at end of 2023 and this new style, which we’ll gradually roll out over spring, matches nicely wuth the styling on our website. What do you think?

It might be New Years Eve but here we are testing pH levels of 1 of 5 new ‘cook in’ sauces we’re launching for 2026…this one is Katsu and we’ve nearly got to our target figure!

Who else went mad with the 5p Christmas Potatoes in the supermarkets? Don’t let them go to waste…chop in half with skins on, par boil, roast in fat or oil for 30 minutes (shaking regularly), remove and shake over our Total Nutter, Garlic Butter. Then allow to cool. And freeze. Good then for a few months and you’ve done a load of the hard work for the next few Sunday roasts!
