We're now booked in and confirmed for one of the biggest one day fairs in the U.K this August and whilst this one is in Dorset, there is a strong coincidental link to Delabole via Martin Clunes! We've another big show the same day elsewhere in Dorset, TBA, and so last week we were on the ground recruiting our sales squads for these 2 great events! We told you we're going big in 2026!

During this mid winter we’ve been working really hard on designing new signage for shows and markets, developing new chilli products, AND giving our labels a little spruce. The label style has remained unchanged since we launched at end of 2023 and this new style, which we’ll gradually roll out over spring, matches nicely wuth the styling on our website. What do you think?

It might be New Years Eve but here we are testing pH levels of 1 of 5 new ‘cook in’ sauces we’re launching for 2026…this one is Katsu and we’ve nearly got to our target figure!

Who else went mad with the 5p Christmas Potatoes in the supermarkets? Don’t let them go to waste…chop in half with skins on, par boil, roast in fat or oil for 30 minutes (shaking regularly), remove and shake over our Total Nutter, Garlic Butter. Then allow to cool. And freeze. Good then for a few months and you’ve done a load of the hard work for the next few Sunday roasts!

It's been an incredible, mad year. We've done so much and have met so many people...and sold soooooo many sauces! We're going to take a few days off now, but our website is still open and deliveries will start going out again in the New Year. Meanwhile, we wish all our customers, all our cookery school guests, our stockists, the market organisers, our social followers and fans and our manufacturing teams, the VERY best for 2026 and a lovely relaxing Christmas! x

After an exhausting 6 weeks or so attending Christmas Markets nearly every weekend, we are attending our last market this weekend at Launceston, before starting our residencies again from February, when we’ll have some exciting new locations to announce.

If you’re local, pop by and see us at the weekend (most probably we’ll be located inside the Market Arcade) but be warned…we’re running out of several lines, so get there early!

We've been offering this at markets for quite some time but we've now coded our website so you can now mix-and-match any 4 of our individual products for just £19.99. This means you can choose and make your own selection boxes and choose from our range of Chilli Sauces, Ketchups, Preserves or Rubs and save yourself up to £3.96!

Just a heads up, that if you haven't bought your sauce presents for loved ones yet, to do so ASAP as we will soon run out of the Hall of Flame BBQ Sauce and Hot Blooded, Garlic Edition, and we won't re-stock again next until end of January. Currently, we should have enough stock of most of the rest of the range for the festive period but they are selling so quickly, and with 2 x markets left to attend, we can't guarantee availability...

Big respect to Wadebridge and the Discovery Market and the town organisers for such a brilliant day and evening for the Christmas lights switch on. Great vibes, excellent choice of fellow stall holders, great live music and respectful teenagers (who aren’t actually as tough as they thought when it comes to real chilli heat…but they all said thank you and were a credit to the school and town)😄 The stall was a real hit and whilst it was a loooonnngggg day, it was very worthwhile. We made new friends today and we hugely appreciate every single person who came to say hi. Big things afoot for 2026…
