This week we are highlighting Sophie, Home Manager at Abbey Care Village.
With 17 years of experience in care, Sophie joined Wood Care Group in 2020 and has worked her way up through her career from care assistant to Home Manager bringing passion, dedication, and heart to everything she does.
Inspired by her mum, Sophie grew up visiting care homes and forming special bonds with residents, something that still drives her today. She loves creating meaningful relationships, special moments, and making a real difference to residents and their families every day.

A busy mum of three boys, she loves travelling, caravan getaways, and spending time with her 3 dogs 🐶 and 2 cats 🐱
