Look how much Slimming World raised for Cancer Research UK this year.
I was so proud to be involved in the Cancer Research UK Race for Life with my Oakwood Derby Slimming World with Lynda group.
I was 20 stone have lost 4 1/2 stones and had to walk it with a stick but I made it.
Since then I have ditched the stick and now go to Gymaphobicsbelper about 3 times a week.
Slimming World can make such a difference in your life,not just losing weight but health and fitness wise too. I am so pleased I took that first step and went along to a meeting and asked for help and support with my weight loss.
Why not come along and find out what a fun, supportive group of people can help you do in your life.
