I joined Slimming World on March 16th, 2024, weighing just under 16 stone and wearing a size 20! I was nervous, unsure if I could really make a change — but the moment I walked through those doors, everything started to shift. Thanks to Food Optimising, which is so simple and flexible, I found a way to enjoy food and lose weight — without ever feeling deprived. In my first month, I lost a half a stone! That early boost gave me the motivation to keep going. Today, having lost juat under a over a whopping 6 stone, I'm wearing size 10 or size small clothes — something I never imagined when I first joined. 💃✨

What I love most about Slimming World is that it’s not just about weight loss — it’s about gaining confidence, support, and a whole new way of life. The community, the encouragement, and the belief it gave me has truly changed everything. Now, I’m relaunching my own group at Spondon to share that same support and love with others.
