Morning up nice and early again, just trying to keep the momentum going, feels like I’ve turned a huge corner recently, specially when it comes to the little set back things that would of knocked me back or even started the process of stopping all together. After a productive morning feeling pretty good if a little meh while I figure out my next moves, for the next couple of weeks gonna focus on putting some of the lessons I learnt thru Feb in to practice around the house

Might of missed my morning video but i was being super productive getting a lot of 1/2 finished edits done and even getting a bit of art work finished I’ve been working on for a while now!! My phone is playing up so trying to figure out how I can keep doing videos while it’s sent off to be repaired

Still can’t believe this happened, A massive thank you to everyone who jumped on stage to finish the push up challenge off with me. This is something that even 6months ago would of been way out of my comfort zone, but goes to show with a bit of work and a lot of support what we can overcome and achieve the impossible, can’t wait for this years and to use this new found confidence to make it the biggest and best year yet!!

Car chat, holding on to al the positivity from Saturday night and using it to get focused for this years rising awareness for mental health an while we do that using some of the things I’ve learnt to tackle some of the jobs I struggle with around the house

CAR CHAT, In to my 2nd week of early get ups, and time to start using the same ideas for different projects, it’s time to just do it i’d wanted to start getting up earlier since middle of last year but always but block in my own way, and i’ve do r this with my other podcast project so it’s time to just get it done

Week 2 Day 8 was awake before alarm but still a slight struggle to get out of bed, completed a whole week of early get ups!! now on to week 2 and trying to use the time to be a bit more productive,

Gone and done it again even getting up before my alarm this morning, sometimes doesn’t matter how much you think talk plan something, sometimes you’ve just gotta get up and do it to prove to yourself it not as hard/bad as you 1st thought it might be
