I always say Reiki is like a little bit of sunshine ☀️ because it gives a warmth & boost of energy, similar to that of the sun ✨ it re-charges ✨

I wrote this card to my future self at an event & then received it through the post 3 months later. Having no idea what the next 3 months would hold (challenges & feelings of loss), I just love the warmth, love & re-assurance in my own words 🥰

Automatic writing (downloads from your higher self /spirit guides) is something I love to do & the words were just what I needed to hear at the exact moment I opened it. & the guided song 🎵 👌 “What have you done today to make you feel proud?” ☺️
