Are you or someone you know affected by the Perimenopause or the menopause?

I am looking to run a 6 week Course in Hypnotherapy Support, location will be Dereham area and at this time it will be one evening a week for 6 weeks, you will also have an initial consultation prior to course fees being paid; this ensures the you/ the client is able to have hypnosis and hasn't got any medical reason why they can not have hypnosis and to ensure their mind is open to it.

To give you an idea on health/ life style conditions which would mean you were not be able to sign up, these are:

1. Anyone who is pregnant
2. People with Epilepsy
3. People diagnosed with a mental health condition including High Anxiety,, Depression and Personality Disorders
4. People under the influence of, or currently dependent on recreational drugs or who are alcoholics
5. People with heart conditions or high blood pressure
6. Anyone fighting cancer
7. People currently taking psychotropic medication (drugs affecting your mental state)
8. People who are elderly or frail (over 75 years of age)
9. Have sleep apnea

The course fees will be reqiured to be paid in full, advance of the course starting.

Please also know that 1:1 sessions and courses can also be booked for an array of habits, confidence, low anxiety, stress, anger management and many many more issues affecting daily life.

Hypnotherapy for Menopause Support.

I am now able to offer menopause support hypnotherapy either as a 1:1 or group, there are 6 sessions in total (1 session each week) and payment will be required up front, this shows your comitment and belief in hypnosis that it will help you. There will also be a free consultation to ensure you are able to have it and will allow us both to know if you are open to hypnosis.

Good morning, the last few have been a bit wet/ fresh and dull unfortunatly, I a summer kind of person.

Anyway today is CPD day, aka further training, and todays training is a "Certificate in Hypnotherapy for menopause support", I have to say I am looking forward to this training and being able to support ladies who are affected by this awful stage of life.

Good morning to all, I hope and pray that Christmas was all that you'd imagined and hoped for, whether is was full on or chilled and relaxing.

Bee-Calm is still accepting new clients and welcomes back former clients.

Like some of the winter animals, I like to try to hybernate through winter amd sleep as much as possible, moving forward in January I shall be more visable, I have Menopause training, allowing me to cintinue to support those who are struggling to manage the symptons which come hand in hand with it. Supporting ladies of any age.

For anyone wanting to use hypnosis as a support tool to reach goals in 2026, whether it is quiting a habbit, losing wieght or better wellbeing and sleep, I can still help, as long as you have an open mind to hypnosis.
