You are one of this people that sit behind a keyboard and do f**k all to help people.

I can hold my head high, I've put 4 people into therapy for 10 months, and they will receive another 2 months, which is why I'm raffling this.

I paid for their last months therapy out of my own pocket.

It's people like you who think it's OK to go into others inbox and attack them.

I've nothing to lose, don't buy a ticket.

I've never received as much s**t this week for helping people.

No wonder people don't want to do good anymore. I am listening to this from him and many others this week.

10 mile uphill Rathlin done. It was one of the worst experiences ever, but I was determined to finish.

Half Marathon next week.

Marathon is training well and truly underway.

The pain of leg cramps is a new experience, but I kept saying to myself, this pain is temporary, your mind is stronger.

So I kept saying to myself, "You CAN do this," the pain is letting you know you are pushing yourself out of your comfort zone.

I would like to sincerely says thanks to Ciara Donaghy and Shane, thanks to their kindness they paid for three people to access a full month of therapy in May.

Without their support and everyone else these people would not get this life saving treatment.

I am running (attempting) a MARATHON.

I designed this jersey as I always want to represent what Cnnctd stands for, providing affordable access to private therapy. To enable people to heal within.

When I ran 10 miles, I honestly couldn't run another second. Sure, what's another 16 miles on top of that.

I am also working on Cnnctd Community so that everyone in the community can benefit from improving their mental well-being.

And it's ONLY OK NOT TO BE OK IF YOU ARE GETTING HELP.
