Pull Yourself Towards Yourself Pull Yourself Towards Yourself is about helping you Master Your Mind, using my simple mind equation.

It all began with an idea as to how to share my personal discoveries on navigating this life and to sharing my wisdom from this journey so far, although this is a never ending story! There have been some spectacular pitfalls and some amazing ‘ah ha’ moments, where clarity of mind helped me focus on what I wanted to achieve. When I truly understood what I wanted and how was I creating or miscreating, things started to fall into place. Pull Yourself Towards Yourself is about helping others change their perceptions. As you change your perception, you change your world for the better. I am excited to share complicated concepts in a simple way that makes them easy to understand. Through this understanding, you will create a personal and practical toolkit that you can use everyday.

Life Hack - Week 52

Kindness always.

As I bid 2025 farewell. I know that both on a macro and micro level this year has been a challenging year for humanity. When I first started this idea of 52 Life Hacks I said that 2025 will be a watershed year us earthlings and it most certainly has. I hope that someone you have used some of my ideas and that the integration of those some of those ideas have brought you more clarity of mind.

2026 is around the corner the marking a renewal, the winter solstice is one of those markers of renewal, as the light returns in the northern hemisphere bringing hope for the new beginnings of a new year, a new era and new experiences.

I would like to wish you all the manifestations of a beautiful mind. Be kind to yourself first always and the rest will fall into place.

Life Hack Week- 51

In honour of Chris Rea - "The Road to Hell"

This song “The Road to Hell” got me thinking , I know he was singing about the M25 here in the UK, however the real “The Road to Hell” for many of us is an undisciplined mind where the ego's programs run amok in our minds focusing on separation, competition, resentment, guilt and judgement, these lower quality thoughts tend to make us feel awful and miserable most of the time, all of which can be dissolved by practicing kindness to self through radical acceptance of self and others.

Life Hack Week- 50

Radical acceptance brings relief, you will know that you are on the right track to peace of mind by the way you feel. Feelings, not emotions are the barometer or guidance for the next best steps of actions required.

This concept of radical acceptance does not mean that poor behaviours by others are to be tolerated or that individuals are not held accountable. The opposite is true . Using this skill means you are able to hold your own, put down your boundaries and address uncomfortable situations in a more rational and measured manner and find that high frequency outcome for yourself and others.

This is kindness to self in action.

Life Hack- Week 49

When life presents you with a challenge/problem or an uncomfortable situation the solution is created at the same time however the solution is normally at a different frequency or higher vibe , you can’t access the solution when you are in resistance and judgment. It is like a radio frequency if you are listening to one station all the time (such as the ego mind) you are stuck on that radio station but if you turn the tuner on the radio you will start to hear different radio stations running on a different frequency- this is the same principal. To be able to move radio stations in your mind you need to know that you need to turn the tuner, which is a change of mind and radical acceptance is a key skill and attribute , this way you move out of your lower logical mind to your higher logical mind where creative solutions exist.

Life Hack -Week 48

Let's look more closely at radical acceptance, this requires a lot of practice and disapline, in truth everyday while living life we get to practice this concept non stop. Radical acceptance leads to less resistance in the mind when this resistance is lowered you are able to create the space to find a higher solution to whatever is in your field of experience, be it at work or at play.

Life Hack- Week 47

Choose peace over happiness always. This is a more lasting state of mind and and a higher frequency hack.
What does peace look like? In two words I would say radical acceptance not radical agreement these are two very different concepts, you can still be in a state of acceptance without agreeing to or about something.

When is enough, enough?

The ego is all about short term goals of satisfaction this is a fleeting state of being. Think about when you want to acquire a most desired object, the fun of choosing & acquiring it is the best part but this satisfaction is often short lived once obtained, & before you know it you are onto the next new thing that you must have - this thought pattern is pure EGO.

Life Hack - Week 45

Your mind is your mind, you can have control over your mind if you choose to learn to manage it. Your mind is massively influenced by the external world, the media, institutions, repeated messaging, inherited and acquired beliefs. Your ego is your separated identification of self in the world, the most important attribute of the ego as far as it is concerned is to keep you separated, safe(by being fearful) but not necessarily happy.

It would be wise to observe the deceptive & tricky patterns of this limiting thought system.

Life Hack - Week 44

Letting go sounds easier than it is, but here’s a thing:-

“ You sometimes need to give up the right to be right, to be happy” When you are struggling to let go of a pattern of thought, because it is on repeat like a stuck record say to yourself - I wonder what it will feel like to be neutral about this subject right now , change neutral about this subject right now, to whatever is bothering you to create harmony in your mind.

This massive Life Hack is a way to calm the ego mind, by using this phrase, "I wonder what it will feel like to - - - " this does not threaten our ego mind at all and will give you a gap, a pause in your thinking so that you can change your mind/perception about a person, experience or a situation.

The Art of Letting Go.

Let go of all that does not serve you, just like the leaves let go of the trees in autumn, this is not a loss but a renewal. To let go of limiting thoughts, you need to recognise the underlying patterns that those thoughts are creating in the way of feelings, ideas and beliefs.

Life Hack - Week 42

Autumn

As the autumn arrives here in the northern hemisphere, nature is slowing down after a period of growth, the harvest is in, the winter draws in. Now is a good time to remember to go within, contemplate your own harvest, what are the fruits of your attention or inattention? This time of year reminds us to slow down, reflect, to catch our breath and breathe.

While in nature the leaves of the trees change colour and fall off, it appears as if nothing is going on, however the focus for tree has changed, it changes to building and strengthening a network of roots to build solid foundations for the next new season. For the tree, it is preparing for the next phase of renewed growth which will spring forth.

Be more tree.

Life Hack - week 41

When you want to get rid of something, you strengthen it. A reminder, where you focus - your energy flows this is the law of creation be it positive or negative the principal is the same.

What you resist persists is another way of looking at this concept.

This is why radical acceptance of (a person, a situation or an experience ) is a way through this mental chatter if you want to change the outcome.
