It all began with an idea as to how to share my personal discoveries on navigating this life and to sharing my wisdom from this journey so far, although this is a never ending story! There have been some spectacular pitfalls and some amazing ‘ah ha’ moments, where clarity of mind helped me focus on what I wanted to achieve. When I truly understood what I wanted and how was I creating or miscreating, things started to fall into place. Pull Yourself Towards Yourself is about helping others change their perceptions. As you change your perception, you change your world for the better. I am excited to share complicated concepts in a simple way that makes them easy to understand. Life Hack - Week 42

Autumn

As the autumn arrives here in the northern hemisphere, nature is slowing down after a period of growth, the harvest is in, the winter draws in. Now is a good time to remember to go within, contemplate your own harvest, what are the fruits of your attention or inattention? This time of year reminds us to slow down, reflect, to catch our breath and breathe.

While in nature the leaves of the trees change colour and fall off, it appears as if nothing is going on, however the focus for tree has changed, it changes to building and strengthening a network of roots to build solid foundations for the next new season. For the tree, it is preparing for the next phase of renewed growth which will spring forth.

Be more tree.

When you want to get rid of something, you strengthen it. A reminder, where you focus - your energy flows this is the law of creation be it positive or negative the principal is the same.

What you resist persists is another way of looking at this concept.

This is why radical acceptance of (a person, a situation or an experience ) is a way through this mental chatter if you want to change the outcome.

Congruence

Same shape and Same size

In your life become more congruent, congruence is the state of agreement, harmony or similarity between two or more things. So this is the state where a person's self concept (their real self) is consistent with their actual experiences and behaviour.

This concept involves a true, genuine and authentic alignment between a person's thoughts, feelings and actions.

So how can you be kind to others when you are not kind to yourself?

Replace the word kind with :
Honest, true, compassionate, reasonable, considerate and the list goes on and on.

This is congruence in action.

It is simply a viewpoint on a matter. Does it matter? Remember the perceiver, that is you is the interpreter of the view point or point of view. If you had to find a different point of view you may see a different point in that view. You might change your mind. You might learn something new, you never know.

Move, - dance, walk, exercise, garden do what ever brings you joy, turn it into a daily habit. Do what you love. Exercise increases endorphins these make you feel better and put you on a natural high. There is nothing like a bit of physical movement to get one out of the doldrums.
