Many of us don't realise that we are not breathing deeply or fully. Really fill up your tummy and allow the breath to move into the lungs.
Crying is a form of letting go. It's beautiful to release. Give yourself permission to cry.

If you are having a "wave" know that it will pass. Reach for the tools you have and start to calm your mind.

It's only once we are feeling burnt out and exhausted that we reflect. Trying to do "it all" is preventing someone else from taking accountability and responsibility for themselves. This could also be seen as people pleasing.
You are doing the other person any favours by not allowing them to experience life and the consequences.

To jump to a conclusion on what we think and feel people should and shouldn't do shows us where we are "stuck" within our own lives.
We all have our own perception of reality and this is based on our internal programming, both in the mind and in the body. If you find yourself judging someone, loving take a moment to self reflect to see if you can notice where this is coming from.

3 whole years alcohol free! 🤍🙌
I often get asked what my goal is. In truth the goal changes all the time.
The day I decided I was taking a long term break from “getting hammered!” My goal was to stop abusing myself with alcohol

By the time I got to year 2 I’d learnt new way of dealing with situations that I’d usually use alcohol for.

By year 3, I’m reflecting on how many hangovers I could have had but haven’t! How I’ve chosen ME in times when it would have been easier to “just have a drink”

Many times in the past 12 months I’ve said “ god I want a vodka!” This past Christmas was the hardest to not have a tipple! Especially now my kids are older and I could enjoy a drink with them. They know I’m a “fun drunk! “ But I didn’t!

I don’t think I have a goal now. Maybe this is a new lifestyle? Who knows, time will tell. 🙏
