• Have tried a few differnt brands and although it has rapeseed oil this one is my fav
• The curls are smaller than most and cover in thick peanut butter seasoning that stops your mouth going too dry
• Great flavour apart from the rapeseed
• Love the crunch!

• Sunflower

• And it’s not even Seville Orange Oil - Barely tastes like orange
• Much less chocolate!
• I have it 1/5 as Haydn still ate it, but it’s really awful!

KONBU DASHI MISO SOUP with SILKEN TOFU & FRIED CHILLI TOFU with UDON NOODLES (Recipe ⬇️)

Traditionally you don’t add noodles or fried tofu.

So quick & easy, tasty & traditional.

SAUCEPAN
• 1 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
• 1 Tbsp Garlic (Crushed)
• 1 tsp Ginger (Crushed)
• 1/2 tsp Chilli Flake Paste
• 1 Tbsp Miso Paste (we used yellow)
• 1 Sheet Kombu Dashi (Cut)
• 1 tsp Rice Vinegar

LATER ADD
• 1 Block Silken Tofu (Chile into Squares)
• 1 Packet Fried Chilli Tofu

• The main problem we have is the these and the steamed dumplings is the plastic packing
• We try to recycle the tray by using it in the greenhouse but it’s a lot for just a few dumplings
• Compared to the steamed dumplings these are green…
• They could be eaten as is but the suggestion of them being ‘soup dumpings’ is an attempt to make them more novel & essential to a good ramen etc

⚜️5/5 STEAMED DUMPLINGS
• Really tasty when topped with soy sauce, spring onion & black & white sesame seeds
• Really lovely veg blend inside
• Chewy rice dumpling

⚜️5/5 FUSION GYOZAS
• These are often on sale & we buy them regularly as they have a good amount inside
• And are a great hunger quencher in a pinch
• as well as a great low cal edition to a meal

⚜️4/5 KATSU BAO BUNS
• Didn’t taste like katsu - not like
• But were yummy & we miss them

• Luckily these days humans are used for sourcing truffles
• On sustainable areas made just to grow them
• And these tasted so good!
• If you like
• Or even thinner, oiler & more flavour packed these are the one for you

⚜️4/5 IBERIAN ‘HAM’ 150g
• They do taste a little like it
• But I think they need more than smoking it with nutritional yeast to get the flavor mastered
• Still very tasty but not our favourite
