⚜️3./5 LEMON CHEESE CAKE
• Smooth but weirdly jelly like fluffy filling it has got potato starch, Xanthan gum, Locust Gum, Guar Gun - maybe a little heavy on the stabilizers, tofu would be better but I guess this is SOY FREE too
• Like it has cornflour &/or tapioca & a little flourless in itself
• Not a little salty like cream cheese is, or ‘creamy’ in a flavour sense
• Lemony & sweet but needs other flavours to help create that slightly savour cheesy flavour
• Vanilla bean is always nice in cheesecake in my opinion no matter what flavour
• Base is nice, not too oily that it’s solid & not lacking oil that it’s dry and crumbles (too much)
