This is so important to share, sadly there are too many people who are unaware of their right to have these adjustments.

If you have a disability or long-term condition, there may be adjustments that you could benefit from when accessing healthcare.

For example:
• information in a different format, such as Easy Read or larger font
• a quiet area to wait away from other people or noisy environment
• longer or shorter appointments
• wheelchair ramps or hoists

These are known as reasonable adjustments and can be added to your patient record.

Finding a lump when you check isn't the only symptom of breast cancer. Be aware, and get treatment early.

Symptoms of can include:

⚡️ A breast lump or thickening, often without pain
⚡️ Change in size, shape or appearance of the breast
⚡️ Dimpling, redness, pitting or other changes in the skin
⚡️ Change in ni**le appearance or the skin surrounding the ni**le (ar**la)
⚡️ Abnormal or bloody fluid from the ni**le
