If you’re waking up puffy, still exhausted, foggy in your head and feeling heavy in your body there’s usually more going on beneath the surface 〰️

Your lymphatic system plays a huge role in how you feel everyday
Energy, fluid balance, inflammation, even mental clarity but when it becomes sluggish or congested your body will start to show you in subtle ways 〰️

trying to look after yourself
and still feel off!

That’s because your body might not be draining properly 〰️

Sunday night, soft lights, calm energy 🤍

This little corner of my treatment room is where the magic really happens ✨️

For me, the true purpose of lymphatic drainage isn’t just physical, it’s about calming the nervous system 😌

When we slow the body, we lower cortisol (our stress hormone), and that’s when everything shifts 〰️

It’s a deeper kind of relaxation 🌿
The kind where your mind finally goes quiet
No rushing thoughts, no endless to do lists
Just peace
Just stillness
Just a reset ✨
