Looking back at these moments, I’m reminded how much magic happens when we come together to move, breathe, wobble, laugh, and simply be ourselves.

What began as a yoga class has grown into so much more — a community that lifts each other up, shares joy, embraces the wobbles, and shows up with open hearts (and the occasional festive antlers 🤍).

Every smile, every shared breath, every try-again moment… it all adds up to something I’m deeply grateful for. These classes aren’t just about the poses — they’re about connection, courage, softness, and the comfort of knowing you’re not walking your journey alone.

I feel incredibly lucky to hold this space, and even luckier to share it with such wonderful humans. Here’s to movement, to community, to showing up exactly as we are — and to all the moments still to come. ✨

Last week I kept hearing that little voice telling me I wasn’t doing enough… and honestly, I’m tired of her. So this week, I’m choosing to notice what is working: the cuddles, the laughter, the moments I showed up even when I was running on fumes.
