whether that’s with a friend, partner, or date — but finding the right venue feels hard? 🤍

We’re hosting a SEND Adult (16-25 years) Valentine’s Afternoon Tea, designed to celebrate connection, friendship, and togetherness — in a relaxed, supportive, sensory-considerate environment.

What’s included:
🥂 ☕️ 1x glass of Nosecco or a deluxe hot chocolate each
🧁 Valentine’s Afternoon Tea with a sweet & savoury selection for two adults
🧠 Full access to our sensory room
🎲 Sensory equipment available in the sensory play space
👫 Attend with a friend , date or support person
🫶 Calm & sensory-considerate environment

We understand that some young adults may still need a carer to remain on site.
A separate area is available for parents/carers to stay close and accessible, while still allowing independence and space to enjoy the experience.

✨ Limited spaces available
To keep the atmosphere calm, comfortable, and unhurried.
No pressure.
No judgement.
No expectations.

Just a calm, meaningful way to celebrate Valentine’s — their way 🤍

💷 £15 per person (minimum 2 adults per booking)

✨ Important information / Terms & Conditions ✨
• This event is for SEND adults aged 16 - 25
• Attendees must attend in pairs (friend, family member, date or support person)
• A minimum and maximum of two adults per booking applies
• If an individual requires an additional support person to remain on-site (in addition to the two paying adults on the booking) and they are not participating in the afternoon tea, they are welcome to remain in our activity room throughout the session.
Please note space is limited ,There is no additional cost for this support person if it is in addition to two paying adults ; however, food and drinks are not included. Drinks can be purchased separately on the day.
If you plan to bring any additional support people outside of the 2 booked adult , please email us in advance so we can account for numbers within the venue.
• We are unable to provide 1:1 support or administer medication
• Sensory room access is shared to ensure a calm experience for all
• Booking is essential and spaces are limited
• One drink included per person:
- Adults: 1 hot drink OR 1 glass of nosecco~ Nosecco is non-alcoholic 🍾
- Additional drinks available to purchase
• Booking is required and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, in line with our usual booking terms
