❤️ Happy Valentine’s Day from North West PCN! ❤️

Today is all about love — and that includes loving your heart and your health.

At North West PCN, we care about our community all year round. This Valentine’s Day, why not show yourself (and those you love) a little extra care by:

💗 Booking your NHS Health Check if you’re eligible
💗 Keeping up to date with your blood pressure and cholesterol checks
💗 Making time for a healthy walk together
💗 Checking in on someone who might need a little extra support

Small acts of care can make a big difference — for your heart and for those around you.

If you need support, advice, or want to find out about services available across our network, please contact your GP practice.

💌 Let’s keep our community healthy — today and every day.

💙 No child should feel alone with their worries

Children, families, schools, and communities all play a part in supporting mental wellbeing. Help is available – and asking for it is a strength 💪

Let’s keep the conversation going beyond this week.

Supporting children’s emotional wellbeing early helps them build healthy coping skills that last into adulthood.

💛 All feelings are valid

Happy, worried, excited, angry, sad – every feeling tells a story. Helping children name and understand their emotions builds confidence and resilience for life 🌈

Today, ask a child: “How are you really feeling?”
