Why Heels?

For a long time, I struggled to find exercise and expression that I really enjoyed. I was already training full-time in dance which I loved but I didn’t feel fulfilled anymore. I was seeking something that I could explore sensuality through movement in an environment I could be myself whilst still building strength, flexibility and technique… I came across heels and the rest is history!
I absolutely loved it and felt confident when dancing. I even developed more flow in all of my dancing through this new found freedom.
