🍒🫶 The Big Eat 🫶🍒
This page was never just about food — even though I thought it was at the start.
What I didn’t expect was how deeply it would turn me inward and bring me face-to-face with one of the biggest old patterns I still live with that affects every part of my life!
What I’ve been struggling with isn’t a lack of willpower.
It’s my nervous system staying stuck in survival mode.
It’s my body reacting to stress and old patterns long before my mind catches up.
Eating shouldn’t feel frightening, overwhelming, or exhausting — but for me, it often has.
Not because I don’t want to eat…
but because my body hasn’t always felt safe enough to slow down and receive.
This journey is teaching me that healing doesn’t come from forcing myself to “push through.”
It comes from slowing right down, acting with true, genuine intention, and learning how to calm my nervous system instead of fighting it.
This isn’t a quick fix.
It’s not pretty.
But it’s honest — and I’m giving it everything I’ve got.
