Something special is brewing for Doncaster’s puppies (and their humans!) 🐾✨
Hi everyone! 👋 I’m Becky and I’m so excited to share a peek at a new venture I’m building right here in Doncaster: Pause And Paws Yorkshire. I’m currently in the "startup" phase—busy with all the behind-the-scenes legalities and prep—and I’m aiming to officially launch in about 4 months. I’m looking to connect with our amazing local community now to help build the perfect foundation!

The Mission: Dual Wellness
I am a facilitator creating a bridge between two groups who truly benefit from each other. My role is to provide the safe, structured, and calm space where this connection happens:
🐶 For the Puppies: Those first 16 weeks are a "critical window." Positive, calm interactions with different people help them build a socialisation foundation, making them more confident and resilient. Every pup’s progress is tracked in our custom Socialisation Passport 📖 to ensure they are learning at their own pace.
🧘‍♀️ For our Guests: I’m creating a space for visitors to take a "pause" from the busy world and enjoy the pure serotonin boost that only a quiet, guided puppy interaction session can provide.
I am currently looking to connect with:
🤝 Ethical Breeders: Who value purposeful socialisation and want a professional, high-standard setting for their litters before they go to their forever homes.
🏢 Local Hire Venues: I’m looking for clean, bright community spaces or halls in the Doncaster area that would love to host a wellness-focused community event.
✨ Future Guests: Anyone who thinks we all need a little more "paws" and a lot less stress!

At Pause And Paws Yorkshire, we believe that "self-care" should be as joyful as it is restorative. We aren’t just creating happy memories; we are facilitating a genuine physiological reset for your mind and body.

I am proud to be a Certified Dog First Aider. 🎓 This means I am trained to handle emergencies, monitor puppy vitals, and ensure a secure environment for both pups and people.
We also maintain a Gold Standard Hygiene protocol, including a strict "Shoes-Off" policy to ensure our puppy zones stay bio-secure. 🧼✨
