Yesterday at The COUP we had stew, followed by dates stuffed with peanut butter and covered in dark chocolate 😍

A great afternoon was had last Wednesday as Christine brought a fruit platter with great variety of fruits, then gave us insightful information on portion sizes.

We held our Stew Night event on Friday and it was a fantastic night!
Thanks to Cathy and the team at Hilltop Cafe for providing the delicious stew.
Thanks to Damien and Carol at Just Us for providing the entertainment.
Thanks to the ladies who worked the kitchen and ensured everyone was fed.
Thanks to everyone who donated prizes and bought raffle tickets - see separate post for prize winners.
And as always, thanks you everyone who came along on the night - your support keeps us going and your attendance is really what makes such a good night.

This week at The COUP Bronagh from RAPID gave a talk on caring for environment.
We coloured butterflies and bees then planted seeds 🦋 🐝
And as always, we finished with a cuppa and biscuits. ☕️ 🍪
