🤍 Turning a Setback Into Something Positive

I haven’t mentioned this before, but I was recently let down by a photoshoot I’d booked for ShawScope. It was a bit of a blow after putting time and money into it, but I’ve still been cracking on with my appointments — and today reminded me why I love what I do.

During a visit to my lovely regular customers, Sue and Roger, I explained what had happened. They were so kind and understanding… and they even offered to let me film a little video in their home during their earwax removal appointment to help me keep promoting ShawScope. Honestly, such a thoughtful gesture ❤️

I’ve put together a small video from today’s visit to help showcase the service.
