Whilst we know that sometimes things happen last minute, if appointments are cancelled in advance, we can see other patients sooner and reduce the time you have to wait for future appointments! 🩺

💻🙋‍♂️Queens Avenue Surgery is switching to a new provider for our electronic consultation system. We currently use eConsult, but from Monday 4th August, we will be using SystmConnect.

SystmConnect is made by TPP, the same company that makes both the clinical system we use at the surgery, and SystmOnline which you may use already to request medication or view your medical record.

eConsult will stop working from 6pm on Friday 1st August, and SystmConnect will start working at 8am on Monday 4th August.

Links to eConsult will be replaced on our website over the weekend, but please make sure you update any bookmarks you may have stored.
