🌟 Enjoy a FREE 30-min Q&A - During one of the course dates we have a Free Q&A with Emma of where she will talk through her recent positive home birth experience and provide hypnobirthing tips and techniques for natural pain relief that you can take away and consider for your birth too. It’s so lovely to welcome Emma back to the studio after attending pregnancy yoga and mum and baby yoga courses with me 🩷 I offer complimentary teas and treats during this session.
