Hey lovelies 🌿

**I wanted to share a little update about the Nurture Harmonics sessions**

🍃It has been so special holding these gatherings at Loving By Nature. The space has been incredibly supportive and nurturing, and I’m truly grateful for the energy it has held for us all. However, as the sessions have grown, it feels like the right time for Nurture Harmonics to grow too.

🌿Going forward, these will now be monthly 2-hour workshops rather than weekly classes. This will allow us to slow down, go deeper into the modalities, and create more spacious time for relaxation, reflection, and whatever gently arises during the session.

🌷Our first Nurture Harmonics workshop will be a Beltane celebration at the Dorchester Yoga and Therapy Centre on Saturday 2nd May. Then in June, July and August we’ll be gathering at Upwey Wishing Well, close to the beautiful cleansing and healing waters there.

🌿 Blossoming Walks & Talks – Our First Walk of 2026 🌿

Thank you all for your patience and kindness over the past few weeks. We took a short break due to a family bereavement, but we’re back, and we can’t wait to reconnect with you. 💛

Join us for our first walk of 2026 on Wednesday 7th January at 10:30am as we come together for another gentle and supportive Blossoming Walks and Talks.

All new parents deserve a nurturing community, and what better way to find it than by sharing a peaceful stroll around Weymouth and the surrounding areas with others who “get it”? 💕

✨ Start point and café details will be confirmed closer to the time, but I wanted to make sure the date is in your diary!

✨ Our walks are suitable for both slings and pushchairs, and children of all ages are warmly welcomed.

**Due to popular demand, I have added an extra baby yoga course for 2025!**

🕘The current course that starts on November 10th at 11am has only one space available, so I’ve added an extra one at 9:15am, just in case you thought you had missed out this time. The booking link is below if you wanted to join me.

🧘‍♀️During the course, you will learn some safe post-natal stretches for yourself, as well as learning yoga poses and routines for your baby. Baby Yoga can help aid digestion, and circulation and promote relaxation for both parent and baby.

🌸The movement and stretches can also be beneficial in increasing your babies muscle tone, help with flexibility and promote strength, as well as help increase blood flow, as well as working on coordination and body awareness. It is also a beautiful bonding experience and a chance to really connect with your little one.

❤The sessions will include songs and movement as well as a chance to learn some new breathing and relaxation techniques for yourself.

✨ Nurture Harmonics Taster Session ✨

This taster session is a gentle introduction to what our classes are all about – creating a calm, nurturing space for you and your little one to relax, connect, and grow together. During this session, you’ll discover what’s involved in a typical class, experience some of the soothing practices we use, and have the chance to ask questions about how Nurture Harmonics can support you on your parenting journey.

Think of it as a small sample of the magic – a chance to try out some of the activities, enjoy moments of calm and connection, and get a feel for whether this class is the right fit for you and your family.
