Dawid,my son recently got in to football team.That's mean lots of training and football matches and that's mean tight muscles and ni**les(let's hope no injury🤞)

A BIG CONGRATULATIONS to My Richard. 4 months to the day since his hip replacement operation and he ran for the first time in 2 years completing the Dover 5k Parkrun in 30.11.
I've helped encourage and support with his rehabilitation, it's been quite a journey but he's stuck at it and we never gave up!
As a therapist I believe in never letting setbacks defeat you.Start again with the basics, light exercise , stretching and good massage and patience.
Richard has shown today that time is a great healer and with self belief we can overcome anything!
