RLD (Reflexology Lymph Drainage) is an amazing protocol focusing on stimulating the body's lymphatic system.
The photographs are of my own feet - taken 35 minutes apart - after I had treated myself with RLD.
RLD has been shown to reduce the swelling from lymphoedema and to help autoimmune conditions arthritis, asthma, eczema, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, ME, sinus problems, Type 1 diabetes, migraines, headaches, muscular tension, aches & pains, PMS, menopause symptoms, sinus issues, arthritis and more.
