Mondays...it can be hard to find the energy at the beginning of a new week, especially in the winter when those early morning wake ups are cold and dark.

A great way to build some energy and motivation, at the start and end of your day, is to try some easy stretching exercises. These stretches, as shown by Clare, will help make you feel better and ready to face another day.

You can also do some throughout the day, which are really helpful for posture if you are sitting at a desk all day.

A link for how to use Qigong, which Clare mentions at the beginning of the video, will be in the comments.

Clare uses a 'Smart Visual Ear' device allowing her (and you!) to see clearly down your ears, picking up anything that might be causing you irritation.

No need to book, just walk in!

Maintaining ear health is vital for our overall well being.

That's why we offer our fee Ear Health Check Clinics on Wednesdays.

Just walk in, no appointment needed at this stage.

If Clare finds your ears need some TLC, you'll be booked in for an appointment.

We offer earwax removal, and infection prevention in a safe, clinical setting.

Our Downham Market clinic helps patients protect their hearing and avoid issues such as wax buildup and infection-related hearing loss.

Registered Osteopath – Part-Time Position (2 Days per Week)

We are looking for a registered Osteopath to join our well-established, friendly practice.

2 full days a week (or the equivalent in hours), with occasional cover for holidays.

✅Have experience in both Structural and Craniosacral Osteopathy (preferred, but not essential)
