Premier Chiropractic has been established in Downpatrick for now over 20 years, throughout that time Dr. McElroy (Doctor of Chiropractic) has helped thousands of clients to regain & maintain their health. Some common complaints that we can help with are back & neck pain (both sudden/acute & chronic or long term) headaches, migraines, joint pain including knee & shoulder pain. Dr. McElroy is a Doctor of Chiropractic which involves 5 years of initial training acheiving BSc.(Hons) & MSc.(Chiro) and then ongoing yearly Professional Development.
