Chiropractic Principle #11

Let’s make that real for a moment…

👇

Your body follows laws.

Not emotions.Not convenience.Not your busy schedule.

It doesn’t slow down because you’ve had a stressful week 😵‍💫It doesn’t “go easy” because you’re tired 😴It doesn’t adapt just because you’ve got a lot on 🙈

👉 It simply… follows the rules.

And I see this play out all the time.

👉 A ni**le in the back👉 A tight neck👉 A few headaches creeping in

…but life carries on…

Work 💻School runs 🚗Stress 😬Long days 🕰️

Until one day…

❌ You bend to tie your shoe❌ Lift the kettle❌ Turn in the car

…and everything locks 😖

And the question is always:

“Why did this happen so suddenly?”

But here’s the truth…

👉 It wasn’t sudden.

⚖️ It was the result of laws being followed.

Think about it like this…

Ignore the warning lights in your car long enough 🚨

…and one day it doesn’t start.

Not because it’s against you…

💧 You can be drinking plenty of water… and still be dehydrated.

Sounds strange… but I see it all the time.



Most people think hydration = more water.

But real hydration happens at a cellular level ⚡

And that requires the right balance of:

👉 Sodium
👉 Potassium
👉 Magnesium



Now layer in real life…

☕ Coffee
🍷 Alcohol
😓 Stress
🏃‍♂️ Busy schedules

Monday morning again… ☕️

And if you’re honest, your body feels exactly the same as it did last week.

Same tight shoulders.
Same low-level back pain.

I often think of it like a dimmer switch and a light bulb. 💡

Wellness Wednesday ⚡

Let me be honest with you…

You’re probably not just tired…
👉 you’re depleted.

Most people I see right now are juggling a lot:

Busy days.
Poor sleep.
Constant stress.
