Today I made a relaxation blend for me! Because I wanted to nourish myself! I use a grape seed carrier oil which is nourishing for the skin and the blend I chose was to aid relaxation and sleep. Because we all need to look after ourselves😴

So when learning about providing holistic care, we learn about the Schumann resonance 7.83hz. Also referred to as mother natures heartbeat.
When providing treatments we transfer energy to our clients. So as a midwife therapist I want to keep myself feeling well and balanced so that I have the ability to give my energy! You will always see me providing treatments with no shoes on, keeping me connected to the ground and mother natures heartbeat, whilst providing you with a nourishing treatment. I always feel lucky to have my treatment room at home.
Because it means I can do treatments in the evening, but still have the ability to cook and eat dinner with the children. It’s important when doing these treatments we keep ourselves nourished and healthy for our clients.

I saw a post from Dr.Denise Tiran today which came at the perfect time!
In those slow days of paperwork and building a business it reminded me that I changed everything because I wanted to provide that holistic care for women. So I could nurture them like we used to as midwives.

Business Networking!! Something I’m not great at and today I was a chicken 🤦‍♀️
Rather than going to a networking event in market drayton with Nevan in tow, showing people mums do it too, we can’t always have childcare.
I worried about what people would think taking the toddler with me and just decided not to ruin everyone else’s time.
Next time I should just take the kid!

I don’t care if it’s early. I have 4 young children they are getting excited 🎄 and I love Christmas until Boxing Day 😂.
