Remember to keep an eye on your energy during this frantic & emotionally charged time of year

*Pace yourself, try to organise a little at a time
*Plan ahead where you can
*Don't compare your Christmas to anyone else's
*Make your Christmas special in your own way, -whatever that looks like for you
*Remember, precious moments & laughter last a lot longer than costly gifts
*Take time for a little self care every day
*This year, make sure you, & your energy, are at the TOP of your list, not the bottom

💖 So, the workmen are here to complete the window replacements with wood, plaster, Radio 2, & presumably copious cups of tea

For me, this means a few days of unease while experiencing change & people outside my circle

But that's ok

These days, I can see when & where I need to top up my energy & work with that

If not, what can I do to get me there?

You might need to sit & focus on your breath
You might need to do a few star jumps
