So my first new reiki client for 2026 happens to have a tattoo that alligns almost identically with the cabin 😊.

The bear spirit symbolises strength, courage, protection and intuition with it's solitary nature and hibernation cycles mirroring the work we do in our reiki sessions with quiet introspection, grounding and a journey inward for renewal.

Just a coincidence or a sign from the universe that this person was exactly where they needed to be? I know which my chooses to believe. 💜 ✨

Did you know that watching a flickering flame can calm the nervous system, reduce blood pressure and alleviate feelings of anxiety? It can also train the mind to filter out distractions therefore improving clarity and reducing the 'noise' and clutter in your head space.

It can also improve the quality of your sleep and help to regulate your sleep cycle, both of which are key to our emotional and physical wellbeing.

The reiki cabin is always bathed in candle light for every session, whatever the time of day, for this very reason. Evening sessions are available through to 8pm and are a perfect wind down to set your system up for a deep and successful sleep. ✨
