Conversation with Azeem Rafiq on The Impact of Racism on Mental Health

A reminder that we're concluding our programme of activities for South Asian Heritage Month with a special virtual event featuring Azeem Rafiq, a renowned cricketer whose courageous stand against racism has sparked conversations worldwide. This will explore the profound intersection of racism, mental health, and inclusion.

During this engaging session, Azeem will share his experiences, shedding light on the impact of racism on mental well-being while discussing the importance of support systems and accountability. Learn from his journey, understand the benefits of fostering an inclusive environment, and gain insights on how we can actively combat discrimination. You can join the event at 11am on Thursday 10th August 2023 by clicking this link.
