✨ Who Can Benefit from Reiki?
I get asked this quite a lot, and honestly, the answer is just about anyone. 🌿
Reiki is such a gentle, calming practice. It helps you slow down, find your balance again, and make a bit of space for yourself when life feels a little too busy or heavy.
I've met people who turn to Reiki for all sorts of reasons…
💫 To ease stress, worry, or overwhelm
💤 When they’re struggling to sleep
💔 To help process change, grief or emotional ups and downs
⚡ When they just feel drained or “not quite themselves”
🌸 Or simply to support their wellbeing alongside other treatments
But you don’t have to wait until you’re feeling low, Reiki is also a lovely way to keep your energy balanced and stay grounded. I often say it’s like pressing a little reset button for your mind and body.
