I am a big crystal lover and when wearing crystals on your arms or hand be mindful.
Your left hand is how you recieve the energy from them.

Your right hand is the energy you give out from your crystal. So be mindful and always remember to clense after using them.

You can cleanse crystals with , water not all crystals please make sure you double check the type of crystal it is. You can charge them with moonlight..you can use smoke aka sage, frankinsense etc. You can charge them in sun but be mimdful as some stones will get ruined in the sunlight.
