Greyfriars Medical Centre operates a zero tolerance policy and any form of verbal or physical abuse, threatening or intimidating behaviour will not be tolerated. We will treat our patients fairly, kindly, and respectfully and expect the same level of courtesy in return. Thank you for helping make our practice a safe place for all staff, patients and visitors.

🚨 Due to unforeseen technical issues, our IT systems are currently down. As a result, we are unable to access patient records or carry out existing appointments at this time. If you have an urgent medical need, please contact NHS 111. We are working to resolve the issue and hope services will be restored within the next few hours. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
