Last week, some of our security managers and site seniors came together for an Introduction to Behavioural Detection course.

The team sharpened both their conscious and subconscious observation skills, taking part in exercises designed to test their awareness in real-world scenarios. The training also covered Deployment Information Plans, helping spot potential vulnerabilities, Behavioural Detection Science, understanding the “why” behind the signs and The Three Ds of Protective Security, a practical framework for staying ahead.

Delivered through a mix of interactive exercises, discussions, and presentations, the session ensured every team member could actively participate and engage. A great step forward in keeping our operations safe, aware, and prepared.

As we continue to build and enhance our technological offerings, it is crucial that our teams stay at the forefront of CCTV and other technological innovations. This ensures we are always in the best position to safeguard our clients, tenants and the public.

Yesterday, we had the absolute pleasure of meeting Molly, one of the lovely residents at Dumfries and Galloway Canine Rescue Centre!

In the lead-up to Christmas, we wanted to do our bit to support the centre and make sure every dog in their care has what they need for a happy festive season.

We headed to a local pet store and stocked up on essentials; cosy coats and jumpers to keep tails wagging through the winter, sensitive food for those with special dietary needs, natural treats, and of course, some fun toys for Santa Paws to deliver on the big day!

A huge thank you to the team at the rescue centre for the incredible work they do all year-round. Here’s to making this Christmas extra special for these amazing dogs! 🐾🎄

Recently, two of our team members, Connie and Jordyn, had the privilege of visiting Aberlour Children’s Charity, an incredible organisation dedicated to giving disadvantaged children and families across Scotland the best possible start in life. Their mission is simple yet powerful: to ensure every child has an equal chance for a brighter future.

To support their amazing work during this festive season, we donated 20 gift cards worth £25 each. We hope these help bring a little extra joy and support to the children and families who need it most.
